Regional Sales Manager
Fontaine Modification Company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for its eastern region. The position will be based out of a home office and can be located within any state in the assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing new business in the assigned region by providing post-production solutions to dealers, OEMs and fleets in the trucking industry.
Serve dealers, OEMs and fleets in assigned region by understanding their needs and how our value-added services align with and addresses those needs
Achieve new business growth goals within assigned region
Ensure “Best in Class” customer service to each customer, to ensure their loyalty and business to Fontaine Modification. Establish constructive business relationships with each of these customers.
Find new business opportunities for existing Fontaine Modification services with new and current customers.
Serve as the “Face to Customer” and represent Fontaine Modification Company in a very professional manner at all times
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited College or University or equivalent experience
A minimum of (5) years experience with sales or truck specifications and equipment in the trucking industry
Be technically conversant with truck terminology
Able to handle many conversations daily with customers, the OEM, dealers, vendors and our internal production staff
Competent use of Office products, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
