Management Development - Several Facilities
Fontaine Modification’s Management Development Program affords an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn our business from the ground up and determine where and how they can play a significant role in the success of the organization. We currently have locations in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia and Texas with program opportunities available at several locations.
As a successful candidate for our program, you will begin your career by rotating through different departments such as Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Sales providing exposure to a variety of aspects of our business. You will be challenged with day to day responsibilities, as well as, special projects that will aid in your understanding of our organization. At the same time we will gain a closer understanding of your skills, aptitude, attitude, and interests, helping us determine your “fit” in the business.
