DESCRIPTION:
Fontaine Modification’s Management Development Program affords an excellent opportunity for individuals to learn our business from the ground up and determine where and how they can play a significant role in the success of the organization. We currently have locations in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia and Texas with program opportunities available at several locations.
As a successful candidate for our program, you will begin your career by rotating through different departments such as Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Sales providing exposure to a variety of aspects of our business. You will be challenged with day to day responsibilities, as well as, special projects that will aid in your understanding of our organization. At the same time we will gain a closer understanding of your skills, aptitude, attitude, and interests, helping us determine your “fit” in the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Accounting, Business, Marketing and other degrees also consideredWillingness to relocate
First several years could possibly involve multiple relocations as opportunities become available and candidates are advancing in or out of the program.
Relocation assistance packages are provided with most movesLeadership skills

Prior leadership experience in college, social life, athletics, community organizations, etc. given strong considerationMechanical aptitude
Our business is trucks. Having a general mechanical knowledge and interest in trucks, cars, motorcycles, etc is helpful and tends to be given additional consideration
